Blood Orange (Coconut ) Mango Julius

This vegan version of our mango Julius not only utilizes coconut milk but the blood orange juice gives it a beautiful pink hue.

Makes 3-4 drinks

Ingredients

1 cup coconut cream
½ cup mango puree
1 tablespoon blood orange zest
1 cup blood orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup mango-pit syrup
2 cups ice ( approximately)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
